While there was no storm on January 19th, again, the wind showed up and made driving near impossible with white out conditions and high drifts. Shown here somewhere between 8pm and midnight, Neighbor #2 got stuck and we tried to help him out of the ditch getting stuck ourselves. Dug out one of our tires and our Jeep got out just fine, but still couldn't get enough traction to pull the neighbor out. Took the neighbor home where he returned to the scene with his tractor. While I was taking that neighbor home, neighbor #1 was just coming home and got stuck about 200 yards away. After talking to him the next day, the police officer also got stuck and the tow truck even got stuck. While everyone was stuck, a snow plow finally came by. Too late. A second tow truck finally arrived and everyone got out after 4 hours in 70mph winds.
